Hiiiii! Nice to see ya!

My name is Yanjun Ding - you can call me Jimmy (again).

I'm from Shanghai, China, and currently based in Canada, studying Game Design.

Growing up, I played all kinds of games, they really filled my life with a lot of fun and also inspired me to make my own. I started with Scratch in middle school and moved into real game engines.
I always love creating things that are creative and imaginative :D

I play all kinds of games - literally.

MMORPGs are one of my biggest passions (especially World of Warcraft). I love stepping into a completely different universe, meeting new friends, and challenging myself with difficult dungeons.

Outside of MMOs, I also enjoy a wide range of single-player games—from Souls-likes to action titles to cozy casual games. I play a lot of Nintendo games too, their brilliant game design always amazes me, and inspires me a lot.

And of course, I can never resist a good AAA title, especially when it comes with awesome rendering techniques and beautiful visual art.

Outside of games, I also love traveling. From Asia to North America, I’ve left footprints almost everywhere I’ve been.

Along the way, I enjoy capturing moments with my camera, sometimes it’s just a small decoration on the street, sometimes it’s a stranger rushing by. But all these little pieces become irreplaceable memories of the journey.

Well, Music is another big part of my life. I love going to music festivals and live shows—from pop to rock, from Japanese music to Euro indie.

Being at a live performance lets me get closer to the artists I love and really feel the energy that only a live stage can deliver.

And I also play a bit of electric guitar myself, I enjoy covering songs from the bands and artists I like.
